練習-分散指法
(T)大拇指：通常負責彈4.5.6弦，也就是低音部。
(1)食指通：常彈奏第三弦。
(2)中指：彈奏第二弦。
(3)無名指：彈奏第一弦。

練習-節奏
(1) X (碰)：由上往下刷吉他的第四、五、六弦左右，一般來說可以從根音(bass音)向下刷大約兩、三弦左右聲音標準
(2) ↑ (恰)：由上往下刷吉他的第一、二、三弦左右，也就是高音的領域
(3) ↓ (拉)：由下往上刷吉他的第一、二、三弦左右，在作"拉"的動作時手部盡量放輕鬆聲音會比較自然些
